Auto Bolt is an independently owned and operated manufacturer of cold-headed fasteners. Auto Bolt provides fasteners for many industrial consumer applications, including automotive, truck and trailer, farming equipment, material handling equipment, recreational vehicles, and sports equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Bolt Maker machines
• Use gages as required for quality specification.
• Completing SPC documents
• Set up wire drawer and begin feeding of wire process.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on Bolt Maker equipment
• Perform machine adjustments as necessary.
• Process paperwork per production and quality specification requirements
• Check for first piece approval prior to production run.

Requirements & Ideal Traits:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift
• Working knowledge of SPC and gaging
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
