The Director of Quality promotes, develops, and oversees compliance of the company’s quality system. Assisting in the adherence of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs, and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.

The Tool and Die Maker/Machinist will be responsible for machining, troubleshooting, and repairing tools, dies, and fixtures that are used in fastener manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the fastener industry, be highly skilled in operating manual machines, and have the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex tooling systems.
Position Overview:
We are currently in search of an experienced Bolt Maker Operator (4Die National Bolt Makers). Candidates with Heading experience are encouraged to apply but must be willing to train on a Bolt Maker. Knowledge of Formax machine is a definite plus. Those candidates with no experience but are mechanically inclined and willing to train are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and will strive to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in all areas of responsibility. Will be responsible for the overall machine maintenance and ensuring the machines/equipment are performing.
